Cancelation policy

All kinds of the cancellations must be send in writing to TRAVEL PLAN, Kralja Petra I Karadordevica 109, 78000 Banja Luka , Bosnia and Herzegovina, and are subject to the following conditions:
Cancelations before October 20, 2022: full refund of the registration fee minus a handling fee of 40 EUR
Cancelations October 21 – 31, 2012: refund of 50 % of the registration fee minus handling fee of 40 EUR
Cancelations after November 1, 2022 : no refund

Important :Travel Plan reserves the right to charge 40 EUR for any changes and cancellations
